Our Mission

“Success is not about the wins or losses. It’s about helping these young people be the best version of themselves both on and off the court.”

Our Story

Rochdale Squash Academy (RSA) was formed in 2016 by Andy Parton and Eddie Hamilton, establishing a foundation for junior squash development in our community. The academy was expanded in 2022 with the addition of a world-ranked elite coach, Lewis Doughty, bringing professional-level expertise to our programs.

In 2025, Lewis Doughty was offered the prestigious position of Head Coach at Wimbledon Squash Club. Rochdale Squash Academy were pleased to appoint Jordan Hardwick as the new Lead Coach in October 2025, ensuring continuity of excellence in our coaching staff.

Today, Rochdale Squash Academy continues to provide world-class coaching and development opportunities for players of all ages, from beginners taking their first steps on court to elite players competing at county and national levels.
